Shipping & Refund policy:
Thank you for shopping with Southern Mama's Deals! Most all items are hand made items, and differ in size, color, design, texture, etc. Most items will be one of a kind with unique characteristics to each item we offer. 

REFUNDS: Refunds will not be accepted due to these differences. Most items will be sold as is. At Southern Mama's Deals we use a variety of design applications on our tees (Sub, Vinyl, Screen Print etc.) Some of these processes can have a vintage style to them and appear faded or lighter in color. Using a bleaching process in tees means each item will be unique and no two will be the exact same. There is no way to guarantee an exact replica when bleaching. When ordering a bleached tee, please keep in mind that using a bleaching technique may cause items to appear faded, have discoloration, cause thinning of original material, and even cause small holes. This is a part of the bleaching technique and no refunds will be issued due to the natural process of the application of bleach to the items. All items will be inspected for flaws prior to shipping and will only be shipped after passing inspection. Clothing may not be returned due to ordering incorrect sizing. PAYMENT IS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE BLEACHING PROCESS AND THAT THESE DIFFERENCES ARE NOT FLAWS. THESE DIFFERENCES ARE  UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS AND ADD TO THE APPEAL OF EACH ITEM. PAYMENT IS AGREEMENT THAT YOU HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED THE INVOICE FOR CORRECT SIZING, SPELLING, COLOR AND ORDER INFORMATION AND ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE FOR THE REASONS MENTIONED ABOVE. 

PRE-ORDERS/MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM ORDERS: Items that are Pre-Orders will have a closing date. The closing date is the time frame in which all orders must be placed PRIOR to. Upon the closing date of the Pre-Order, Southern Mama's Deals will take 24-48 hours to process all orders recieved and then place an order for the Pre-Ordered items via other suppliers, or purchase blanks to make the items in house. Items ordered via other suppliers will most likely have a 3-4 week proccessing time prior to being shipped to Southern Mama's Deals, but could take longer. I will do my best to keep all Pre-Order customers informed of any changes or delays. Once these items are shipped and arrive to Southern Mama's Deals, I will need time to process and sort the Pre-Orders and get them ready for pick up or shipping. Depending on volume, I expect to have Pre-Orders from other suppliers processed and ready for shipping/pick up within 7 business days of the items arriving to Southern Mama's Deals. If Pre-Orders are made in house, please allow 2 weeks after closing date for me to purchase blanks, receive blanks and complete orders for pick-up/shipping, unless a Pick-up Date/Shipping Date has already been made and posted. Made to Order/Custom order times will typically stay within a 2 week processing time. Please allow an additional 1-3 days if Southern Mama's Deals has to create a new design for Custom Orders.  

SHIPPING: Shipping times are seperate from processing times. Shipping times are IN ADDITION TO processing times. Items that must be shipped will have additional shipping time added to the processing times. If a Pre-Order has a 3 week processing time to be shipped to Southern Mama's Deals, this means that there will also be a shipping time for the products to get from the supplier to Southern Mama's Deals. Once the Pre-Orders arrive to Southern Mama's deal, there will then be up to a 7 business day processing time for Southern Mama's Deals to process the orders and then get them shipped to you. Please know I will do my best to get these Pre-Orders processed and back out to you as quickly as possible. Southern Mama's Deals can not guarantee processing or shipping times for other suppliers, and will not refund items as long as the suppliers are within their quoted time frames to Southern Mama's Deals. I can only do my best to process orders as quickly as possible for my customers once I receive them. After items leave my hands, shipping is out of my control.

Please note: ALL clothing, drinkware, items, need to be washed prior to use. Payment is a binding agreement that buyer releases Southern Mama's Deals and it's enteties from any and all liability of harm including but not limited to: allergic reactions, rashes, allergies, chocking, death etc. Wearing/using Southern Mama's Deals clothing/items is at your own risk.
